Gestockal has opened an industrial plant for the storage and preservation of frozen food products on the Las Salinas industrial estate in Alhama de Murcia. The new company will serve canneries, meat slaughterhouses and fish farms across the Guadalentín area. The plant represents an investment of 450 million pesetas and has a storage capacity of between 4 and 6 million tonnes, depending on the product.
