Once this period has expired, please send us your CV again if you wish to remain in the Data Controller’s job pool or recruitment processes. If your professional profile does not match the Data Controller’s circumstances or requirements, your data may be deleted immediately with the same confidentiality guarantees. | Keeping data up to date: the information you provide must be truthful, accurate and up to date. If any of your details change, please let us know so that we can keep them properly updated. | Disclosure of data: data is not disclosed to third parties by default, except to subsidiaries and/or companies belonging to the same business group as the Data Controller, where applicable and for the same purposes, or in other cases provided for by law. | Rights: you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection, or withdraw your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) regarding any breach of privacy and data protection rules you consider appropriate.
